Order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
After dispatching, order will be delivered within 3-5 days for major cities
and 7-10 days for remote locations.

If the Customer has received a wrong/damaged product, then Softsens shall
refund fully in the form of Online Store Vouchers.
In case of Cash on Delivery and pre-paid order if the order has not been
dispatched, then Softsens shall cancel the order with nothing more.
In case of pre-paid order if the order has been dispatched, then Softsens shall
try/ask the courier company to return the order back to Softsens. If this is not
possible then customer has to accept the order and re-ship it back to Softsens.
The customer will be refunded in the form of Online Vouchers but the shipping
fee shall not be refunded and there will be a 10% Admin fee charged to the
customer.
