Return & Exchange
Steps for Return/Exchange Process in following ways-:
- Login into the powelook account open "My Order" section & select "Return/ exchange Order".
- Returned product must be in its original conditions with all tags & labels in it.
- Pick up of the returned order will took 2-3 working days.
- Once the product is verified refund will be processed within 24 - 48 hours and it will reflect to the account within 5-7 working days
