Grievance Redressal Process
Level 1
- If you have any query/compliants you can contact through the call back option on the app in case of any uneasiness.
- You can lodge a complaint by initiating service request / ticket through PayMe India mobile app. The working hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Level 2
- If the complaint remains pending at Level 1 for a period of more than 7 working days, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome of Level 1 resolution, you can email on grievance [at] paymeindia [dot] in.
Level 3
- If the complaint remains pending at Level 2 for a period of more than 7 working days, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome of Level 2 resolution, you can contact the following official of PayMe India:
